Question ran a background check on my pc

been having some fps issues as of lately and none of it made sense so i ran a benchmark test and was curious if maybe you guys know what i seem to be getting average fps with this GPU

UserBenchmarks: Game 68%, Desk 60%, Work 59%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 - 63.8%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 - 74.8%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB - 86.9%
RAM: G Skill Intl F4-3466C16-16GTZ 2x16GB - 33.5%
MBD: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

My 1700 on a GTX 1080 runs solid 100+ FPS at 1080P ultra settings. Something is going on with your system there.

i belive it was due to the fact of my ram being misplaced in slot a1 and a2 when on asus motherboards its a2 and b2. running the test again to see if that fixed it
