ran a system install disk by accident now it doesn't run

I accidentally ran a windows 7 install disc on my hard drive which already had all of my data on it, now it wont load windows 10 normally.

Try downloading a windows 10 media creation tool on another and try using the repair function that comes with it you will need a flash drive.

"I accidentally ran a windows 7 install disc on my hard drive which already had all of my data on it.." Depending upon exactly what you "told" that install DVD to do, your data may still be recoverable or may not be recoverable. DIY data recovery success dims a little with each write to the HD.
