My System specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
4,00 RAM (3,16 GB can still be used)

How can I play Goat Simulator?? I closed all the things in Task Manger and it still says ran out of video memory... I am not harming my laptop with "bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072" I know it's harmful there must be another thing to do?? Yes I am not buying anything just tell me a free way to do it please so I can play Goat Simulator.

It's not video memory it's normal RAM. And a 32 bit OS can only make use of 3gb RAM instead of the 4 you have. With a 64 bit Windows 7 you could use all 4GB. But all that has nothing to do with video memory aka VRAM. What GPU do you have?

I am not sure if this is it but here you go:

Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B970 @ 2.30GHz 2.30GHz
