I have two lines in the planet section:
123 f
000 f

the planet 123 increases the factories... all the others no 🙁
randmax shows the correct long list of "0" and one dot

any idea? any other utility expecially for maximize resources on the
surface?

ciao pf

You may want to try that with the 000 order listed before the 123 order:
000 f
123 f

At least that's how it is in the randmax.ini files on my computer. Not sure if
it makes a difference though. 🙁

Econtrol does pretty good but it is still very basic right now.
Finally got fed taxation working correctly this week, but haven't
posted the new exe since I am still working on it.

Proper Usage is ECONTROL <DIRECTORY> <PLAYER NUM> <MINEOUT TURNS>
<MINCOLBUILD> <MAX INCOME>

Basically at this moment it does auto growth tax and only build up to
200 mines or less if the mining rate would make it reach the mine out
level before hitting 200.

Trying to work out some sort of INI for it, but not sure what to put
in it.

I'm pretty sure it does.
