Random and Weird PCI/ISA cards

No real point to this post, I'm just curious to know if anyone knows of any weird, rare, unusual or pointless PCI or ISA cards. Things like MPEG decoder cards, combination sound&video cards etc.
I know there was a prototype of a PCI card that has an Amiga motherboard chipset on it with a 68040 CPU on it, but does anyone know any that's weirder?

I've had all kinds of things. For ISA, such examples as a RAM card (8MB!), Video Capture card (ISA!), and DVD decoder card.
