[SOLVED] Random blaack screens, and huge FPS drops

Sorry if this is not the right spot to ask this. I have recently been getting a lot of black screens when playing multiple games and then my monitor will be searching for a signal. Along with this I Have been having issues with getting huge frames rate drops in multiple games as well. I have been on this system for a few years and just recently started having these issues. I have all of my graphics card drivers up to date as well. I also have run the Radeon overlay to monitor my GPU but when the screen goes black it closes out so I have not been able to catch a jump in temp or power consumption. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try? Thanks in advance. My hardware is linked below.

i don’t know if this’ll help much but it won’t hurt to un install and reinstall drivers

Nevermind guys I found a windows update that didn't show until I went into the device manger and that seems to have fixed the issues.
