Random black bars in chrome with windows 10?

Solution
Hi,

It can be with Google Chrome's text or view size. Try changing it's zoom to 100 - 110% either one that will work for you.
- Click on the Chrome menu located on the top right corner.
- You'll see Zoom, change it either 100 - 110% or whatever may work for you and would eliminate the black bars on the sides of it.
- Here's a support document from Google.
