Random black screen and resolution bugg out

Ok so i been a random issue for awail where my screen blacks out and resolution bugs out and then resets itself to what was set as and since been playing with oc it will do it 5-10 times when running heaven benchmark screen goes black it forgets what resolution it was at resets itself then goes back to normal till it does it again not sure if its driver related windows related or is the video card itself

AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Asus crosshair VI hero
2x8gb gskill trident z rgb
Evga 980ti acx2.0+ sc
Samsung 960 250gb m.2 2280
Samsung 860 evo 250gb ssd
WD black 1tb hdd

Also likes to reset manual fan speeds when it blacks out sometimes to aswell as pop up a 2ed copy of the hdmi audio output in sounds

Reinstall graphics drivers using DDU then install them back,
