Question Random black screen while gaming at low setting

i have GTX 1050ti, when i put csgo at low setting 640, random black screen appears. this hapns only in csgo and that to in 640 resolution setting...

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 six-core processor 3.20ghz
8gb ram
i figured out that min 800600 and max 1366768 are only supported by my GTX 1050ti i dont know y may be because m using HDMI to VGA converter.

Are you having to shut the PC down manually via power switch on the PSU?
Have you monitored your GPU usage during the game?
Im checking to see if your running into the same issue i'm having with my PC, I have another post going but no reply's.

And yes having a converter does limit your resolution depending on the actual cord used..

I m not having any issue with my Pc every thing running fine.
