random black screen

the screen goes black for a few seconds then comes back
PC still running but no video or audio signal
it happens even in bios menu and I've reinstalled OS many times so it's not OS related
Tried Another monitor,nothing changed
another HDMI cable.nothing changed
removed GPU and using the on-board graphics,still have the problem !!
all temperatures are idle,no overclocking
PC is brand new only 2 months old
It's very annoying that i'm struggling right now to write this question because the screen is black flickering like 10 times per minute
PC is unusable
is there any solution ?

PSU : xfx ts series 550w 80 plus bronze

HDD : Seagate barracuda 2Tb 2016

I don't know if it's a problem related with your system, can you use a different monitor and see if you get the same results, if applicable?

I did but the problem continues to happen
also tried monitor on another pc and it's working 100 percent
