Question random black screen

hey,
this problem occurs randomly. sometimes it doesnt happen for days and then twice a day.
it never happens during gaming, only when im doing light tasks like browsing or netflix.
i dont get any error messages. after 2-3 seconds my screen comes back.

i5 9400f
gtx 1650 super (drivers are fresh)

2x 4gb crucial 2133mhz

i have to add that ive never installed any drivers for my motherboard, because everything was working good.
im saying this because after aome research ive found out that it can be bios related.
