Question Random black screens for a few seconds

So i got a new GPU i recently got a 4080 and a new power supply to go with it the corsair RM1000e and the card seems to run fine. I ran the card through stress tests with no issues, played games on it for a long time with no issues etc. but SOMETIMES things happen. For example, it seems like sometime within the first 1-3 hours of starting my pc I'll have a black screen for a few seconds then it'll go back to normal and i won't have another black screen for the rest of the day. Other times I've had games crash on launch, but then i just launch them again and its fine. It could be coincidence I'm not really sure but i'm noticing very small "issues" here and there and I'm curious to what I can do to fix it. I know this is a pretty weird question so anything at this point can help. It's not annoying enough to really be upset about ti as its usually a few seconds a day of minor inconvenience but it is a bit worrisome that something bigger is causing this issue so i would like to know why it's happening.

So far I have:
Had a clean uninstall of the old drivers and installed the new drivers (Used DDU)
Stress tested on heaven benchmark for a decent amount of time with no crashes or black screens
Temps are fine, i almost never even get close to or go over like 65 C


Specs:

CPU: i7-9700k
MOBO: Gigabyte z390 aorus ultra -cf
GPU: Zotac RTX 4080
RAM: 4x DDR4 G Skill TridentZ 8 gbs (32 total) 4600mhz
PSU: CORSAIR RM1000e
Monitor: ASUS ROG Strix XG27aQ 27" 144hz
2nd Monitor: BENQ Zowie XL540 (on 60hz not 240hz because it was my main monitor before my new one)
Windows is installed on a Crucial CT525mx 500gb SSD

try turning off HDR. when it turns itself on at the beginning of an application it will cause the monitor to flicker for a moment. you can find HDR settings in the display options. turn it off and the try a few different things to see if the black screens stop

HDR is currently off on the monitor and has been. Do you mean like on the application i open i still need to turn it off in the settings?

yes in windows settings, you should be able to right click the desktop to get into display settings

ah yeah its off in display settings aswell.
