Random black screens

Hi i got a new video card r9 270 gigabyte 2gb it playes everything medium-ultra But sometimes when i'm just webbrowsing screen turns black then comes back on. I have screen saver set to 50mins and turn off display/sleep on off. I'm using current amd drivers. Could it be the gpu?

Reconnect or check or with other Cables VGA, HDMI or DVI and also GFX from MOBO and RAM. then see if it works.
Also try to connect your cable with MOBO integrated adapter instead of GFX.
