A week ago I got black screen while browsing internet. My screen and my pc was still running, but I was only seeing black screen. I restarted my pc but that didn't solve it.

I started at safe mode and disabled my graphic card. My graphic card is AMD R9 390. I am using my system for 4 years now.

I started at safe mode and disabled my graphic card. It was running without any problem when it was disabled, but as soon as I enable it, I got black screen again.

So yesterday, something interesting happened. My pc worked without any problem. I played games without any fps issues and my pc was on for like 24 hours. I thought something solved it. I also checked gpu temperature while gaming, but its temperature was around 50-75 so okay.

Today I got black screen again after one day break and it is happening when starting, I can sometimes see desktop but it won't take much until black screen.

My monitor is glitching like this before black screens:

I also got an error message before black screen once:

Also wanna note that: black screens never happened while gaming, it is usually happening when browsing internet.

I tried:
doing clean install of windows 10
using DDU to uninstall drivers and installing them again
downgrading windows updates and downloading them again
updating BIOS

Please help.

My Sapphire R9 390 Nitro does the same thing while i play FIFA 20. The screen suddenly goes glitching then black screen.
I've tried:
-install the GPU to another PCIE Slot,
-Swapping RAM to another slot,
-Use different cable connection such as DVI-D,
-Clean the graphic card (replace thermal paste and pad),
-Install the latest driver,
Non of it working to fix the black screen.
The card still can be power up and the fans spinning normally. It's just the screen goes black when i plugged in hdmi or dvi-d cable from monitor to gpu.
Windows update has been hold for a while now before this happened.
Could this be driver issue?
