[SOLVED] Random black screens

So i overclocked my monitor and now the black screens are appearing i downclocked it to standard speeds and it did it again i dont know why this is happening. It started happening yesterday at 11 pm while i was gaming even do i overclocked the monitor day earlier. But my second monitor on my iGPU is not putting random black screens for a second or less. Any help or fix ?!
My monitor is samsung s22d300 60 hz TN panel led.
My gpu is rx 570
iGPU intel graphics uhd630
cpu 10400

and somethimes it just wents black and i cant see anything but the monitor is still working cause i can check the monitor settings but my first monitor keeps working still

ive fixed it by reseting the gpu graphics card drivers in safe mode
