Hi, so i was facing this problem for over a year and not sure how to fix it. I'm not sure how it started but I have feelings that it happened after I bought a new monitor.
pc specs :
gtx 1660
i5 9400f
old monitor : some 75 or 60hz monitor
new monitor : acer 165hz 1920x1080 monitor using 144hz rn
do I have to switch to a Display port to fix this problem or a better hdmi cable will do
