Question Random blackscreens (frequency not supported)

Since I got my 1050 my PC get random black screens and some times when it's really bad my monitor shows frequency not supported. Yesterday I started using unreal engine. When it's open there are like 20-30 blackscreens per minute up to 15s and then my monitor shows "frequency not supported". Than I switch tabs and it comes back on for a few seconds. My theorie is that when my grafic card is on the limit it uses like 60 Hz and my 144 Hz monitor freaks out and a black screen happens.

Any help appreciated.

Makes no sense for me because sometimes it works sometimes not. For example GTA brings my GPU close to 100% and there is not a single black screen. Meanwhile Minecraft that uses like no GPU at all throws black screens at a constant rate. My guess is that it a setting somewhere.
