Random blue progress bar at boot on a Dell 7567

Most of the time, there is only a white Dell logo at boot...but sometimes randomly, there is also a blue progress bar...

Does this have anything to do with my OS updating the firmware and then Dell BIOS trying to do its own firmware update ?

I am dual booting my laptop (Void and Gentoo)

I'd advise on checking the version for the BIOS at the moment of writing. If you have BIOS updates pending, I'd advise on updating them gradually to the latest version. Another thing to do is also install the firmware updates for Intel ME interface(if pending).
