Random Blue screen(BSOD)

Ok i don't know if this in the right section but i just recently built a new system of did some upgrades rather and it seems to be running perfectly fine but some times the computer crashes and the Blue screen shows up. I don't think that it would be any of my hardware because everything runs fine and after it crashes its starts to work perfectly again. The last time it crashed was when i was plugging in my ipod into itunes and it froze and then rebooted with the blue screen. I really want to know how to fix this because i don't want to have a brand new comp that gets blue screens.


Here is my specs if you need to know.
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333
COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M600 RS-600-AMBA-D3 600W
Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit
MSI 750a-G55 sli mobo

Start with ensuring all your drivers are up to date. Manually check and compare with the vendor's web site and update where necessary...

What Drivers do i need to check because since i have a Nvidia mobo all the drivers including display are all in one package.


Keep in mind that this only happens every once in awhile
