Random Blue Screen. Reformatted 3 times.

Im getting these blue screens at random intervals.


NVIDIA GeForce GTX750 TI GTX 750 TI
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60gHZ
Windwos 7 ultimate 64 BIT
8GB DDR3 ram ( VENGENCE )
SAMSUNG EVO 840 SSD 250GB SCSI

GPU Driver : GeForce 347.09

i tried reformatting 3 times each time with old and new chipset drivers, but im still getting the same blue screens. I also tried older GPU drivers but still the same blue screens. I also did the windows memory diagnostics test, still nothing.

Should i just dump the 750 and get a 970?

I would apply all the windows updates and retest for failure.

but first update your BIOS to a current version to make sure you get proper support for your new low power CPU.
(your CPU was release in May 2014, your BIOS came out may 6 2014, too close to tell if the BIOS has the microcode updates for your CPU, get a current version to be sure. Then retest for problems)

looks like the last windows update you have installed was from november of 2010(or you re istalled but have not applied updates yet)

many of the updated OEM drivers depend on and assume that you have installed the various windows updates.
for example you have intel USB drivers from 2015 running on top of USB support drivers from 2010.
There were spec changes in 2013 and these dirivers are not likely to play nicely with each other.
same goes with the nvidia graphic drivers running on top of old 2009 directx binaries, bigfoot network software running on old versions of network support files from 2010 and 2009. These drivers all assume you are installing updates.

If the above doesnt help you:
I had a similar issue with my old 16GB vengence kit. It worked for ages, then one stick developed a fault, but it passed memory tests, and the system ran just fine for hours some times before I got a random BSOD.
so I would still suspect system ram at first. Maybe try running the system with individual sticks just to see if it fixes the issue.

Worth a shot just to try it since it wont cost you anything to do so. If not, then I guess your back looking at other hardware or the windows install.
