[SOLVED] Random blurry rectangle in corner of monitor display

So there's this blurry rectangle in the corner of my screen that just randomly popped up while I was playing a game, I don't know if the game caused it but now it's just there. It covers up just about everything. I have tried unplugging on plugging back in my adapter but that didn't work, I have never seen this kind of thing and can not find anything on it online.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
