Question Random boot error ?

My laptop won't turn on first time but when I try again it turns on and goes into the operating system as normal. This happens all the time and I have to force shutdown. I loaded the default BIOS settings but it doesn't work. The screen is just black.

My specs:
- i5 12450H
- 32GB DDR4 3200 RAM (16x2)
- Intel UHD Graphics
- WD Blue SN580 1TB UEFI
- BIOS: AMI

This is an uncommon laptop so I won't provide the model.

Maybe you should try and source a spare drive, install the OS anew in offline mode and see if the issue persists.
