Question Random box poped up on my screen

This white rectangle popped up yesterday and it hasn't gone away, I have restarted my computer multiple times already and checked my startup/ running program, and I can't identify why it's there, I also have tried restarting windows explorer and refreshing as well.

does it do anything if you click on it? Have you looked in task manager to see if it shows something running?

Click on task view and see if it comes up in a window.

That display appears to be part of something called Aim Trainer. If you have something like that installed, try removing it and see if the popup doesn't go away.

I had this window on my pc and notebook. It turned out it's Steam window about announcements or update, after I exited Steam it's disappeared.
