So basically 1st startup a day I'm having some different BSOD every day, after one or two restarts, Windows starts normally, like nothing happened and working just fine for whole day. I tried even repeat those BSODs by restarting PC many times, nothing happened. Im playing games, browsing inet, nothing happens. I checked ram, made some memory tests, no errors were shown.

My PC spec is;
i5 6600
Kingston 8x2 DDR4 2133
Kingston SSD 120gb
second HDD for 1TB
Motherboard Asus b150-pro
MSI GeForce 970

no overclocking or anything like that, video drivers reinstalled clean

PS. Besides BSOD sometimes after turning on power fans starting spinning on max speed and nothing happens, or even going in to black screen after windows logo. Again after restart everything works just fine.

Causes of Pdc.sys Errors
Pdc.sys blue screen errors can be caused by a variety of hardware, firmware, driver, or software issues. These could be related to either Windows software or Microsoft hardware, but it is not necessarily the case.
More specifically, these pdc.sys errors can be caused by:
Incorrectly configured, old, or corrupted Windows device drivers. (very common)
Corruption in Windows registry from a recent pdc.sys-related software change (install or uninstall).
Virus or malware infection that has corrupted the pdc.sys file or related Windows program files.
Hardware conflict after installing new Microsoft hardware, or hardware related to pdc.sys.
Damaged or removed system files after you’ve installed software or drivers...
Update:
I installed BlueScreenViewer to check dump files, and it shows that the problem is in ntoskrnl.exe file. Today it had one BSOD with ntoskrnl.exe + pdc.sys drivers involved. It feels like its something with power management, but i don't know what.

Also,

Nvidia does not play well with Win 10.

Get the latest drivers from Nvidia, if that doesn't work, reinstall the driver you had before on whatever OS you had.

If that still doesn't fix it, go to Nvidia and start going backwards down the revision list and try each one until you find one that works.

Which ever one you finally find that works, do a clean install of it.

Some say the Geforce Experience app works OK.
