Hello guys,

I bought a new laptop recently, installed windows 10 (64 bit) on it and from time to time i get a random Blue screen crash with the following error message:

System_Service_Exception

What failed: igdkmd64.sys

I searched everywhere to find a solution for this, tried several steps. Tried uninstalling the intel graphics driver and installing it back again, it does not fix itself. Laptop keeps crashing from time to time and it is very annoying. If anyone has had this issue and is able to help, it will be awsome to share the experience.

Thank you!

Did you try this: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005598.html to remove them and then install them again?

Can you follow option one here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-bsod-minidump-configure-create-windows-10-a.html
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c/windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)
Its possible something else is also to blame so dumps might show more info.
