Since upgrading to Windows 10, I have had multiple issues of BSOD especially while watching youtube videos.

The audio would go into a loop and the BSOD error will come up. This will occur randomly as some days, it would be fine but other days it happens a few days a day.

Most of time, the faulting driver is L1C62x64.sys which is my network card, but I have tried different driver versions and nothings seems to fix the issue. This also didn't happen when I was on Windows 7.

I also ran a memtest on my ram but no errors were found.

I have attached the last 3 dump files from today here: https://labs.sharefile.com/d-s6a303ad288f450f9

bugcheck was in your network driver:

SystemRoot\System32\drivers\L1C62x64.sys
Timestamp: Mon Jul 15 23:56:44 2013

normally you would want to find a updated driver from your motherboard vendor.

gigabyte shows one that is 3 months newer but for windows 8.1. you might give it a try.
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4140#driver

also, this error could be related to your overclocking and just have nothing to do with a failure in the driver.
it could also be cause by your other network related drivers.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Deterministic Networks\Common Files\cag.sys Mon Apr 01 06:22:36 2013

or your old drivers:
\SystemRoot\System32\drivers\ctxva51.sys Wed Jan 27 09:47:11 2010

or your keyserver (pirate software?)
