Random BSOD while.playing games or normal usage

Hello

This problem has been occurring for more than a year now. Since the problem started i have slowly replaced the components in my computer such as motherboard,CPU,gpu and hardisk. Yet i still get this problem. This time i doubt the PSU. I need some assistance solving this issue. Sometimes it freezes frequently and im unable to solve this issue. I will list the BSOD details and my rig below.

System Rig:
Gigabyte 78LM-USB3.0
AMD FX 8350
HD Radeon 6870
Corsair CX 430 PSU
8GB of RAM(1x4gb and 2x2gb)
1 TB Toshiba Hardisk
Windows 8.1(Use to get this problem when i was using Win7 also)

BSOD Details:

Please help me find out the problem and a solution. Let me know if you need more info.

Sorry for the late reply. I installed the latest DirectX and Visual C++ and still the problem hasn't fixed. The system automatically turned off when i was playing game. I checked the temperature and it was fine.Help !

Yes i already have those installed.
