Please Help ! What should I do ? By the way , temps are all quite low so thats not the problem ! And I am running on bought windows 10 home 64 bit . If you need any more information let me know !

Solution
you have a power problem. I would be looking for overclocking software drivers (remove) then overheating problems. (dust in fans, fans not spinning) then I would be looking for power supply issues. (under rated psu)

be sure to remove all cpu and GPU overclocking and check the required PSU rating for your GPU.
if all else fails under clock your GPU by 100 MHz
also check your power connections from the CPU to the GPU to make sure they are properly connected.
