Hello, I recently built a new PC and I've gotten 2 BSODs for no apparent reason - one while I was watching a youtube video, another when the PC was idle on the desktop.
Specs:
ASRock Z790 Pro RS
Intel i5 12600k (set to default clocks/speeds, never overclocked)
Kingston Fury beast 2x16GB DDR5@6000Mhz(enabled XMP Profile for it to run at that speed, ram is rated for it. trying EXPO profile right now to see if pc still BSODs)
Gigabyte GTX1080 Xtreme Gaming(also set to default speeds)
PSU is 750W COUGAR GEX
I have tested all of my components - CPU performs as intended and reaches the advertised clocks(tested in passmark as well, got well above average results), GPU got decent results in 3DMark as well and after testing ram via windows memory diagnostic i got no errors.I've reinstalled Windows after the first BSOD and then the second one happened, so it's not that.I have the latest chipset drivers, ASRock has a utility that turns on after a fresh Windows install and downloads all the drivers that are needed.The only thing I haven't done is update my BIOS.
I checked Event Viewer once my PC restarted and I found that there was a "Fatal Hardware error". Couldn't really find anything on it from there, hence why am asking for help here.
