I'm trying to set XMP to get the memory to run at 3200MHz instead of 2133MHZ. Motherboard is Gigabyte aurus x570 master. RAM is GSkill Trident Z Ddr4 3200, 16-18-18-38. Model is F4-3200C16D-32GTZKW. It was running perfectly with no issues at 2133. When I eñabled XMP to get 3200, I keep getting random BSODs and they are all different. What's the issue? CPU is 3900X. Any postcodes I get are "Reserved".

Make sure your memory is on the QVL.
Even if it is, while the components may be listed as capable of overclocks, overclocks are not guaranteed.
As long as you are rock solid at the rated normal frequency, the sticks are probably ok.

Some things that may help:
Slightly looser timings.
Dropping down to 2666.
SLIGHTLY more voltage (CAUTION!! MAY DAMAGE COMPONENTS)

or

A BIOS update if/when available might improve compatibility.

I'm updated to the latest bios. I can't find the option to add more voltage. The memory is rated for 3200 so I don't know why I wouldn't be able to get that. It's not on the QVL but kits that are very close are

Are modules installed in slots 2 and 4 away from CPU?

Test one module at a time to see if both produce errors on their own.

There are 4 modules in all 4 slots. Since switching from 3200 to 3000, I haven't got any BSODs. But if I go to 3200, I get BSODs. Why is this? All 4 dimm sticks have the exact same part number

But isn't dram voltage constantly adjusted dependant on ram usage? Or is it always fixed? Same with SoC voltage? And shouldnt the XMP profile automatically do this?

DRAM Voltage variation is much less than SoC. Also, you are attempting two separate kits, and 4 modules instead of two, so that heavily alters necessary SoC Voltage. XMP Profile can do that for each individual kit / combination listed on the G.Skill QVL. In some cases for higher frequency models, it is still necessary to manually tweak some Voltages as it can slightly vary with different hardware.

Ok. I understand what you're saying. But I'm very terrified of messing with voltages. I also been told that can fuck up your IMC but I don't know, which is why I'm trying to figure it out. I have it set to auto and on idle the dram voltage was showing 1.38 in bios and seems to change with productivity so I'm sure it figured it out. But Im still getting BSODs at 3200, and some split second freezes at 3000. Running 2933 right now. I would like to change the correct settings for it to work at 3200, but I'm terrified of frying components. So I want to make 110% sure.

Don't worry, as long as you are attempting values within reasonable range the system will be fine. Don't try random Voltages in hopes it will just magically work, scale up with reason and test to see if the system responds with more stability.

Hi there. Sorry for the late reply. So I decided to do a mem test. I had it running at XMP profile set, all other settings untouched. Pass 1 was successful. Passes 2-4 only revealed 4 errors. Screenshots are enclosed. I have been reading that errors can be caused by bad ram. But I also been told it can be caused by bad settings too. Not all memtest errors are bad I think. So right now I am testing it again at stock settings. All bios stock and no XMP. Everything complete stock to see if I get errors. You told me to change voltages but im not sure which voltages to change. So I have enclosed screenshots of my bios with XMP set...... And voltage options. Can you tell me very specifically what I should set, and what you think those errors are.
