This has happened several times today, and in the past. Usually a system restore fixed it, however, it only delayed the inevitable. I have checked with bluescreen viewer and it shows... Well, you can just look at the dmp files from here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8l8M-1bSAkNNVRoNEFwOXV3XzA/view?usp=sharing (I think that's the link. If it doesn't work, let me know)

After googling the causes from the many others who seem to have suffered similar things, I can deduce either one or more of my RAM is dying, or it has something to do with drivers. Perhaps you guys can assist me in this matter.

Hello there, I wanted to check out your problem but your google drive link is inaccessible.

Is your screen not turning when you power up your computer?

Oh, my bad. Try this one instead. https://www.mediafire.com/?2w22vawznb3j3mg

Please provide your OS and system specs. The dmp file you provided reported a memory problem.

But let us check your OS and pc setup. What are you experiencing in your pc?

It is better to provide situations to better understand the problem.

Win7 x64 Sp-1
AMD FX-6300 6 core
ASUS m5A99FX Pro r2.o motherboard
4 4 GB Corsair XMS3 8 GB (2 x 4GB) 1333 MHz PC3-10666 240-Pin DDR3 Memory Kit CMX8GX3M2A1333C9
Nvidia GeForce GT 740 gfx card
Or do I need to throw in more?

ok that is good enough. Thank you.

Can you try using 1 ram at a time in different slots?
first , try turning off your pc, put 1 ram to slot 1,if it fails go for slot 2 with same ram and so on until 4 slots are tried.
then go for the 2nd ram until you tried all ram modules.

Also, are you coming from a fresh installation of windows? if you are able to boot inside windows, try scanning it for viruses or malwares. usually they are the causes of these kinds of errors based from the errors of the dump files created.

I've scanned for malware and viruses. Malware has been taken care of. I'll try the ram bit and see how that goes. So it's mainly a memory problem then? Caused by the RAM?

I cannot assure you that it is RAM, we can take this procedure to determine if it is RAM.

I hopefully it is only RAM. BSOD's are usually hardware failures or incompatibility. Some are file infecitons.

Good luck and update the thread the soonest you can.

I think the virus scanner is being messed up by the old network driver and the old virus scanner software that is also installed.
you had a internal status code of 0xc0000005 this means a bad memory address, it could sometimes be caused by overclocking drivers but
I don't think it is in this case because the address was null rather than a bogus address. I would remove the overclocking drivers as I can not tell the cause of the bad address. try the below changes and retest to see if you still bugcheck.
------------
first bugcheck was in the nt file system
cmdagent.exe Comodo Agent Service for Comodo Internet Security and Firewall.
was calling a filter driver and used a bad memory address. (null pointer)

you have a bunch of driver issues on your machine:

Hello johnbl,

As I read your reply,

I have a few questions for I am too want to learn about this issue.

Is the comodo program causing this issue?
.
Thank you

It could be but i don't think so. the old network drivers tend to mess up streaming, and antivirus software to the point that they bugcheck and take the blame. People remove the anitivirus software and think the problem was fixed because they don;t get a bugcheck.

Memtest does not run. It crashes upon being activated, and I have narrowed it down to it being the RAM afterall. But which of the sticks I am not entirely sure. Mostly because they all seem to load fine, until the PC starts to run pretty warm/hot then it starts to have memory issues(Firefox crashing, WoW crashing due to memory issues. But it is firefox that usually causes it to explode.) Other times, explorer itself just chain crashes due to issues. I have since recloned an old system drive to my SSD to see if it helped change anything. So far, no BSODs and only 3 of the sticks are in there. However, there still remains the crashing of firefox and WoW. I am certain I will get a bluescreen. I am tempted to just purchase some new RAM.
