Random BSODs on Windows 10, tried almost everything...

I have random BSODs - for quite a while now, sometimes not a single one for days and then 3 within a few hours. I've run memtest86 for hours without a single error, tried many other different things (even got a new graphics card and SSD a while ago).

Here's the report of BlueScreenView, not sure if it helps:

Since hal.dll is often involved I'm starting to wonder if it's just something with my mainboard or PSU (granted, core system is 5 years old), but obviously replacing those can lead to costly consequences and I want to make sure I've exhausted all other options before doing that.

Oh sorry, didn't see your edit as I hit reply too soon.

Yes, that was the main reason why I replaced it.

i5-2500k (no OC), ASUS P8Z68-V PRO, Samsung 850 PRO 512GB, Corsair AX650 Gold 650W, 960 GTX (which is already a replacement as well thinking it was the old one overheating)

Yes

Yes (note: bluescreen happens really randomly, not under heavy load - sometimes I'm playing stuff for hours with no BOSD, sometimes I'm gone for hours and the PC BSOD'd and rebooted)

Hm, SATA cable changed - not yet, that's an interesting idea. Will try that. But as I said, SSD switched and that didn't solve anything, so...

ssd checked by its manufacturer´s tool?[/quotemsg]
The previous one before I bought the new one, yes. Will check the new one in a bit and report back, also after switching SATA cables .
