My PC Specifications :
Mobo: MSI B350M Bazooka.Bios: 7A38vILQ (Latest -> Beta)
CPU: Ryzen 1600x @3.8 (1.4v)
Rams: Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB DDR4 3200. @2666MHZ (1.350v) .
GPU: Sapphire RX 5700 XT Nitro+.
PSU: XFX 650S Bronze.
OS: Windows 10 20H2 Pro x64
GPU Driver Version: 20.10.1. (Latest)
Chipset Drivers: 2.10.13.408 (Latest)
Symptoms: Black Screen Then Freeze Buzzing Audio Hard Crash / BSOD.
I Stress Tested My GPU - CPU - RAMS And The Fans And They Are Completely Fine.
This Issue Used To Happen With RX 5700 XT only but Now Even My Old HD 7000 Developed The Same Symptoms.
This Happens Only If I Played A Directx 9.0c Game Like Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition. After Seconds -> Gives BSOD.
Or When i Run A Directx 11 Game @144hz Refresh Rate After While -> Gives Black Screen Hard Crash.
Or Watching YouTube While My Monitor Works @144hz Refresh Rate.-> Gives Black Screen Hard Crash.
Temporary Solutions I Found So Far:
1- Lowering My Display Refresh Rate to 120hz Instead Of 144hz Made Black Screen Go Away.
2- Lowering RAMS Frequency to 2666MHZ instead of 3200MHZ & OCing CPU & Increase The Voltage Made BSODs Less Frequent.
My Dump Files:

Also I Noticed A Couple Of Things That My Ram & My CPU Stock Settings Aren't Stable Anymore.
What do you think this relate to Bugged Bios Update Or Failing Hardware?
if my hardware is failing how could it pass Stress Tests?
what do you think is the failing part? CPU or Mobo Or RAMS? i have this strong feeling it is the MOBO since it can't regulate Frequencies And Voltages.
Honestly I Have Never Encounter Anything like this before. Please Help I'm Losing My Mind literary.
