[SOLVED] Random BSODs out of nowhere

Hi so ever since last week my laptop started to have random BSODs, sometimes when gaming or when browsing the web. The computer will suddenly freeze then show a blue screen with "whea uncorrectable error" for around 1 second then immediately restarting

I've checked the event viewer and it shows that "Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0"

My PC specs are:
i5 10210u
Integrated UHD Graphics
8gb Ram
512gb Nvme SSD

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Solution
Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Thanks for your reply, however even after applying the settings in the article you have provided, I can’t find any dump files in Windows\Minidump. I’ve check the event viewer again and there is an error after the “Audit events have been dropped by the transport. 0” saying that dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.

Anything else I can do to solve this problem?

I don't believe I have changed to location of the page file, however I believed I might've changed the size of it. I'll revert it back to automatic and see if I can get a dump file for the BSOD then

windows rarely uses the page file. its only really there for if you run out of ram. Windows 10's first move when freeing up memory is to compress the data in ram, it only writes to page file if it is low on actual ram.
I have 32gb of ram but page file is only 4.8gb as its size really depends on usage, if you never use all your ram it never really grows.

so resizing it really doesn't achieve a lot. It just restricts how much memory you can ever use before windows runs out of memory. You can run out of memory and still have free ram. You only really see Out of memory errors if you restrict page file. Or have a memory leak.

It seems like even after I resizing the page file, I still encounter the "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." error inside the event viewer after the BSOD.

Here's the details of the errors inside the event viewer:
Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.
