Random BSODs under load - Asus X99 Deluxe | 5960x | Windows 8.1 x64

For the past few days it appears my system is on the verge of death, which is extremely depressing because I cannot afford to replace it right now.

Here are the system specs:

CPU: 5960x @ stock clock 3.0ghz, turbo enabled (3.5ghz), no overclock. Cooled on custom XSPC loop.
MOBO: Asus X99 Deluxe V1 (BIOS: 3101)
RAM: Corsair Dominator DDR4 16GB (4x4) 2800mhz
SSD (system drive): Samsung 850 pro 512GB
GPUs: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 970 x2 (SLI)
PSU: Seasonic X1250 Gold
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Keyboard: Das Keyboard Model S (with USB hub)

I am able to get to the Windows 8.1 desktop no problem. I can even open a few chrome tabs (I'm using the computer to post this now) with no issue. As soon as I put the computer under load, whether launching a game or opening more than a few tabs in Chrome with any video or intensive process, it crashes with a seemingly random BSOD.

Here are the BSOD crash reports:

I have taken the following steps, yet the issue persists:

1. I have wiped the SSD, reformatted, and reinstalled Windows 8.1.
2. I have run memtest86+. It found 50 errors in 2 passes, with all 4 DIMMs. I took out the sticks methodically, rearranged them in every conceivable configuration; 1 in, 2 in, different slots, 3 in, different slots, 4 in, different slots. It doesn't matter. When under load a BSOD is produced regardless of how many sticks are in, and in what DIMM slots. It does appear, however, that with all 4 sticks in (A1,B1,C1,D1 slots) it seems to crash much more readily and is more unstable.
3. I have tried disabling SLI, and then disabling one of the GPUs, switching the GPUs, to no avail.
4. It is not a temperature issue. I have been monitoring the temperature both in bios and in Windows. CPU is not getting over 40C. I'm on a custom water cooling loop.
5. I swapped out the belkin surge protector for another of the same exact model. No effect.
6. I have flashed the bios from version 2101 to the current 3101 (after the trouble started). No effect.

I was hoping this system could last me quite a while, and at the moment I am in full panic mode because it looks like it might not even last another day. What the hell is going on, does anyone know? Is it my PSU? My CPU? My MOBO? I'm totally lost.

Well... This is strange as hell, but I did the following and it APPEARS that the system is stable. I don't want to jump to any conclusions, nor do I have a mat, but what I did is the following:

The CPU was basically set to all auto in BIOS. Everything stock, including Turbo mode enabled.

I disabled turbo mode, and enabled the XMP profile for my RAM. The ram is now overclocked at 3000mhz with 1.35v (compared to 2800mhz @ 1.20v). The CPU is set to receive a steady 1.2v instead of 0.9v-1.1v (idle/turbo).

For whatever reason, doing this has made the system stable. I am in a very demanding game at the moment and haven't had any BSOD or crashing issues thus far (30 minutes in).

This is with all 4 DIMMS inserted and both GTX 970s in SLI.

I don't know why this fixed it, as its basically an overclock, but it did. For whatever reason I cannot run the stock settings on my motherboard. This makes me a little suspicious of future performance and I'm going to have to investigate further into why this is.
