Random BSOD's with different errors

I'm running Windows 10,
Ryzen 5 1500x (no oc)
16 GB of G.Skill Ripjaws DDR4
GTX 780
a Western Digital M.2 250gb drive.

I Keep getting random BSOD's with errors like Memory Management, Critical Service Died, IRQL Not Less or Equal, and Attempted to write to read only memory, among other ones. Any tips to stop this, it's been happening for months and happens around 3 times a day.

when you put the PC together did you do a clean win10 install? or did you transfer an HDD/SSD from another system?

I did a clean install, but as a side note Windows refuses to update beyond 1603, so should I try reinstalling?
