Ok, I purchased a gigabyte p55-ud4p about 8 months ago and have had problems with random BSODs ever since I put my rig together. Anything from memory managment to ntfs.sys. Most caused by ntoskrnl.exe. I ruled out memory by running memtest86 over night 14 passes and no errors and even replaced memory and checked with memtest86 and same thing. I purchased a 90GB OCZ Vertex 2 and I get the same thing and the BSODs have gotten worse. If I leave the thing running it is fine but if I shut it off over night and start it up I get constant BSODs and apps crash at random and here lately I have a lot of services shut down and NTFS errors in the event viewer and it takes at least 10 reboots to get it to quit then it is fine until I decide to shut it down over night. I have set everything back to optimized default in the bios and tested with Prime95 over night, used furmark on the videocards, memtest86 on the memory and check disk and checked the Vertex 2 with the OCZ tool box and everything has come back clean. I am lost and have no Idea what is going on. The only thing that I can think of is that the storage controller on the board is bad. Any help is appreciated.

My rig.
