Random Coil Whine from PC

While I was playing Mafia 3 i noticed a fairly audible whine coming from my PC. It was coming from the GPU area, can it be because of my low quality PSU or because at start the FPS is more than 200.

It more then likely is coming from your GPU. Turn V-sync on and see if it either gets rid of the coil whine or lessons it.
