Question Random Color Screen

So I got this issue where my pc always crashing whenever I go to this place, and after updating the drivers (GPU) when I open the game it always crashes. Let's say I have this previous version of my graphics card and I can still play games, but when I enter this kind of realm/place it crashes then the random color screen appears, and now after I update my graphics card using this Game Ready Driver, whenever I open this game It immediately Crashes. I tried changing the HDMI and it still has the same problem, and the other problem is my Displayport in my Graphics card is not working anymore.

My Pc specs is:
CPU- I7-9700F (new)
GPU- GTX 1050Ti 4GB (old)
Ram- 16gb ram DDR4 2666MHz (8x2) (new)
MB- LGA 1151 ASUS EX-B365M-V5 (new)
Psu- KT 500watts (old)
Storage- 500GB HDD (old)

Update:
Tried downgrading my Driver; 466.27 to 466.11, and the app open so slow and the game is still not working.

The brand of the PSU is: Kraft Korea KT 500W (correct me if the information is wrong), and the games that I've been playing are Genshin impact, league of legends, Minecraft, and more. All of these games aren't working and the issue always appears.
