Random Computer Freezes! HELP!

My computer keeps getting crashes every time I turn on the computer, HELP!

I can't give an answer without any detail. eg. what is the error? Is there an error code? System specs?

Sorry, I thought I had posted more info. These computer crashes have been becoming so constant that they happen every time I turn on the computer within 1 minute Of pressing the power button. I tried to restore my computer to factory settings, but it took too long and the PC froze. PLEASE HELP!

CPU: AMD FX-6300 (Six-cores @ 3.50 GHz)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB
MOBO: Asrock 970 extreme3 R2.0
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1TB 3.5" SATA3 7200RPM
Operating System: Windows 8 Pro 64-bit

The only parts I would suspect to be failing are the motherboard and the PSU. You might need to replace either of them, unless you find a solution to this. I largely suspect the motherboard, they usually cause these kinds of things.
