Random connection issue

Hi all,

I was on steam and all of a sudden I can't connect to services like steam, origin, and battle net. Also, connection to some websites is slow.

Now, when I do an ip configuration it goes through but then randomly I get a timeout error. I tried switching to Google dns and it does the same thing.

I have no idea what the heck is going on and it is extremely frustrating.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

ATT Uverse is my provider if that helps.

Another error that comes up eventually in the cmd prompt is:

dsldevice.attlocal.net can't find ipconfig: non-existent domain
