Random corruptions and bsods

Built a new computer it's about 3 months old, and recently my games have been crashing then I started getting bsod with different error codes each time newest one I got was qouta_underflow, one that persistently shows up is memory_managment, so I thought maybe it's my hardrive tried a new one, still no fix tried different ram no fix, ran a memtest, it passed, ran a mdsched it passed. Please help

I5 8600k
2 X 8gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance
Nvidia geforce gtx 1050 to
Asus Rog strix z370-f

Yep tried a new cable, still the same, It's been working perfectly fine since I built it, just recently started to play up

I've actually reformatted the hard drive again and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 I don't get bsods anymore but it now crashes randomly with no bsods

I've actually managed to find out what it was, my hdd wasn't getting enough power from my psu so I changed the voltage settings and it's working perfectly fine now.
