Hi.

I do require some much needed help from the people here.

Recently, my computer has been experiencing random CPU spikes no matter whatever program i open. For eg, when i opened dota2/taskmanager/resourcemonitor etc, CPU will random spike up to as low as 5-10% or as high as 60-70% or maybe even to 100% on any random programs that is being switched on which causes my entire computer to hang pretty badly.

Not only CPU has this problem. Even my ram will randomly spikes up to 7.7-7.9GB which similarly, caused my entire computer to hang. I tried switching off all the programs, but at least the ram still remain at 7++ GB. I checked my resource monitor and i can't see any programs that really uses that huge of a ram. As you see, i closed every single application that i have, checked my services and stuffs but i just do not know where the ram are going to. Even the screenshot does not provide with any info on where the ram gone to.

Does anyone have solution for this? I've tried various solutions. For eg, i tried to run various anti-virus program such as malware anti-virus from microsoft etc and none of them detected any malicious software/virus. I ran both my anti-virus software on normal and safe mode as well. I also checked that all my window defender has been switched on. Even my window update has it's latest version, yet this problem randomly frequently which is hindering how my computer works.

Here are my computer specification & screenshots

I've edited your image links within your gallery link to incorporate the links here and wrapped them with the image tags. I hope you don't mind :)

As per your problem, you're experiencing a memory leak. This can usually/always cause your RAM and CPU to shoot to 100% at odd days and times. This can come about from a corruption of your OS. The best way is to perform a system restore if the issue cropped up after a mandatory windows update took place or a repair install or a reinstall of your OS. I would also suggest that you recreate your bootable USB installer if you've used that to install OS and if the installation came about from the free upgrade path then reinstall using the USB installer...

One more thing to note, have you made sure your BIOS and device drivers are all up to date?
