random cpu spikes

im seeing random cpu spikes in the task manager for no reason even on idle from 0-50 or 0-100 %. this happened after the windows 10 October 10 update. im not sure if its because of the update or not but it started after the update before my cpu usage on idle was fine.

My specs -

CPU - Intel Core i5 6500 CPU 3.2ghz,
MOTHERBOARD - MSI B150M Mortar (MS 7972),
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 8gb ddr4 2133mhz,
PSU - Corsair VS550w
HARD DRIVE - 1TB WD blue drive
BOOT SSD - Kingston A400 240gb
GPU - Asus Phoenix GTX 1060 3g.

i added the gpu like 4-5 days before.

utorrent is downloading but only 1 download was going on. even after closing it i see spikes. but does downloading justifies spikes?

i have been download cracked games from here for a long time

Just check what's eating your cpu in task manager.

I mean cracked games = virus. I suspect that's your issue
