Question Random Crash In Borderlands 3. Windows issue???

I think its possible that this is a windows error only seems to happen when playing borderlands 3. Random black screen this is the error i get in event viewer when the black screen occurs.

Can anybody help me with this issue? I can confirm this is the error of my current problem because it pops up at the exact same time as my black screen within game.

Edit: Basically, If you have an Xbox Series X controller, download the Xbox accessories app from the Windows store and install any available firmware updates. I was crashing consistently about every 15 to 30 minutes while using the controller, I have not had a crash since the firmware update was installed.

I had same error and use this controller.

Do not run DDU like this other guy says. Nvidia reinstall will do fine.

had the issue when playing battlefield 2042 as well twice this morning

I am dealing with another problem in windows 11. Just keep checking event viewer for anything new and keep using google search. All we can do for now.
