Question Random Crashes And Doesn't Power On For Sometime

My PC crashes sometimes, and when it does, it doesn't boot properly. It doesn't boot up for 4 to 5 times and sometimes it boots till windows logo and again crashes causing the same loop. After like 7 to 8 reboots, it works perfectly.

It also stutters sometimes while being used, when it stutters, any audio playing in background also stutters and the mouse skips its position. I even bought a new PSU few weeks ago but not luck. My PC wasn't used for like 2 to 3 months before all this happened. I even cleaned my whole CPU and everything but no luck. GPU temps are normal, it just randomly occurs.

What can be the cause?

The health and performance bar are all at 100%

Solved the issue by cleaning the GPU and RAM sticks using an eraser (eraser thing always works lol), and exchanged ram sticks positions too. It solved my issue. This topic can be locked now
