I have a pc with old hardware which is giving problems for about a year.
CPU: i7-4790 (non K version)

CPU cooler: Arctic Freezer 13

Motherboard: MSI z97m (I don't remember the BIOS version but a couple of years ago I tried to update it to the latest version and it crashed when it reached 9% so i couldn't update it)

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 2x 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz CL9

SSD/HDD: 1x 1TB Crucial MX 500 (for OS and softwares); 1x 120GB Samsung 850 evo; 1x 1TB HDD Western Digital Caviar Blue

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 g1 gaming

PSU: Corsair CS650M (year 2011 or 2012)

Chassis: Antec ISK 600M

OS: Windows 11

Monitor: Asus vx238h

It randomly crashes or gives BSOD, doesn't matter if it is in idle or under any type of load (sometimes it crashes even if I just move the case to reach a USB port on the motherboard to connect an external disk). At this point I have to turn it off holding down the start button of the case or directly turn off the PSU because the reset button of the case doesn't reboot the system when these problems happen.

Then I have to turn it on and off from the PSU or from the start button or reset the BIOS from the button on the back of the MB 20 or 30 times before the pc is able to post. All of this provedure in a random sequence because nothing works more than once. When it finally posts this message appears:
knJxvZb.jpeg

I press F2 and if I'm lucky Windows starts normally, if I'm not lucky the pc crashes again.

I also tried to check some of the hardware:
-Benchmarks for GPU and CPU loads (or with rendering softwares I use);
-Changed the BIOS battery;
-Checked the disks with CrystalDIskInfo (all of them are working fine);
-Checked the ram with memtest (all working fine);
-Tried to start the pc with only one stick of ram (tried both sticks on both slots) and all worked fine (also tried to do this after a crash and nothing helped to restart).
-Tried to change the video cable, output port on GPU and on the monitor, soket for power cable on the power strip.

All problems still happen randomly and every time it's a pain trying to restart the pc and make it posts.

I don't know what to do and at the moment I can't afford new hardware or an entire pc.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
