Random crashes, can't work out issue Win10

My computer has recently started crashing completely randomly. Just freezes up, have to hold down power to turn off. I've done virus checks i've checked my system memory, i've done S.M.A.R.T checks on my hard drives and SSD. I've done stress tests on my cpu and gpu. The freezes have no consistency, i've been on for an hour before it freezes, and i've been on for 5 seconds before it freezes up. Please help me

I have an i5 6600K, mobo is asus z170-pro, corsair ddr4 2x8 gb ram and a gtx 1080. Windows 10 Home v1709. As far as i'm aware, I haven't manually installed any new bios updates recently. I've got American Megatrends Inc. 2202, 19/09/2016.

Yeah, my OC is stable. Only overclocked from 3.5ghz-4.0ghz, and it's never caused an issue.
