Random Crashes (gaming rig)

My computer has been crashing recently i don't know the problem

Specs:
Gpu: 2x gtx 970's
Cpu: Amd fx - 9590 eight core processor
psu: 850 watts
Motherboard: unknown it is a gigabyte motherboard although dont know specific one
Memory: 16 gb or ram

Details

My cpu is water cooled and only have 2 fans on cooling the psu (from the front) and the other cooling the motherboard (from the back). I have no fans on both gpu's dont know if that is causing it or not.

That's your problem , the board doesn't support the 9000 series.

I don't think it has anything to do with the liquid cooling but i might be wrong but cant find the liquid cooling

Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 R5 with AMD 990FX/SB950 ATX Motherboard - Socket AM3+

That one is compatible , this is a common post for the 9000 series , because they are very unstable even with a lot of power and custom cooling.
