For the past couple of days, my PC unpredictably freezes and shows a random solid colour; all audio shuts off, and I can't do anything at all. I thought the issue was with the GPU, but this morning even though the PC seemed to be on, my monitors and keyboard wouldn't start up. I checked out a PSU calculator and it recommended me something just under 450W. I upgraded from a GT740 to an RX570, but that was months ago. Is there a chance that a GPU pulls more power, even only a couple of months after use?

I got this EVGA power supply a year and a half ago after replacing a cheap off-brand one that came with my case. Is it possible that I need a higher wattage, or is there simple an issue with the PSU?

My Specs
CPU: Intel i5-4690
Motherboard: MSI B85-G41
GPU: MSI RX570 8GB
PSU: EVGA 450 BT (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01N9X3F8F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
